Shipping Options and Rates

At INNERGAME, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Methods Available:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Delivery within 1 business day (available in select locations).

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount, as part of a promotion.

Processing Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after [insert cut-off time, e.g., 3 PM EST] will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Delays

Please note that shipping times may be impacted by external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays that are beyond our control. If you experience a significant delay in receiving your order, please contact us at info@innergamemiami.com with your order number, and we will assist you in tracking your package.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use the tracking number provided to check the status of your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address when placing your order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Incorrect Shipping Information

It is your responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your expense.
