INNERGAME Membership Refund and Cancellation Policy

At INNERGAME, we value your commitment to improving your mental and physical soccer performance through our membership program. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to make the process of canceling or modifying your membership as smooth as possible.

1. Membership Plans

INNERGAME offers various membership plans for our neuro soccer training sessions. These plans may include monthly or annual subscriptions, as well as pay-per-session packages. Each plan’s specific terms will be detailed at the time of purchase.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 How to Cancel:

  • You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at info@innergamemiami.com or calling 954-909-0946.
  • Cancellations must be requested at least 25 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. If cancellation is made within this period, the cancellation will take effect in the following billing cycle.

2.2 Immediate Cancellations:

  • For immediate cancellation requests, any services scheduled for the current billing cycle will remain available until the end of the paid period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refunds for Membership Plans:

  • Monthly Memberships: We do not offer refunds for partially used months. Once a monthly payment has been made, your membership will remain active for the remainder of that billing cycle.
  • Annual Memberships: Refunds for annual memberships are available on a prorated basis if canceled within the first 30 days of the membership term. After the first 30 days, no refunds will be issued, and the membership will remain active until the end of the annual term.

3.2 Refunds for Special Offers and Promotions:

  • If you signed up under a promotional rate or special offer, refunds are subject to the specific terms of the promotion. Some offers may be non-refundable, depending on the terms of the promotion.

4. Free Trials

If your membership includes a free trial period, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. To avoid being charged, you must cancel your membership before the trial period expires.

5. Termination by INNERGAME

INNERGAME reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time if you violate our Terms of Service or engage in inappropriate conduct during our sessions. If your membership is terminated due to a violation, you will not be eligible for a refund of any fees paid.

6. Account Reactivation

If you decide to reactivate your canceled membership, you may do so at any time by contacting us at info@innergamemiami.com. Reactivated accounts will be subject to the membership rates available at the time of reactivation.

7. Changes to Membership Plans and Fees

INNERGAME reserves the right to modify membership fees or services at any time. If there is a change in pricing, you will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance, and the new pricing will take effect in the next billing cycle.
