INNERGAME Return and Refund Policy

At INNERGAME, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with our return and refund process.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items that are worn, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or customized items

How to Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@innergamemiami.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping:

  • For returns due to defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For returns due to a change of mind, size, or other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the same steps for initiating a return. Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will send out the new item at no additional shipping cost.

3. Refunds

Refund Eligibility:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund request.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds:

  • In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts).

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@innergamemiami.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.
